Cool little gadget

Got the Portable Projector for my niece's birthday. It's really neat, super easy to set up. We watched some Bedtime Stories on her wall, and she thought it was magic. Shipping was pretty fast too, took 4 days to reach Austin. Happy with it, she loves it.

Good projector, decent service

I bought the Cinemood TV during a holiday sale. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I used a first order discount code successfully. Delivery took about 5 business days to reach my address in Florida, which was within the estimated window. The projector itself is quite good, clear picture and the pre-loaded content is a nice touch. I had a small question about connecting it to my Wi-Fi, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. The battery life is decent for a couple of movies. The only thing is, I wish the interface for adding new apps was a bit more intuitive. Overall, a solid product and a good experience.

So much fun!

I got the Cinemood 360 for my kids and it's amazing! We projected Disney Content Pack movies right onto the ceiling. The picture was super clear, even in their slightly lit room. We're going to use it for movie nights all the time. Definitely shopping here again and telling all my friends!

Always great service

I've bought from Cinemood a few times now. This time I got the Travel Case and a Replacement Charging Cable. Everything arrived quickly, just like my previous orders for the projectors themselves. It's consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. Never had an issue with them.

Got a good deal

I was looking for a portable projector and saw Cinemood had a bundle deal. I ended up getting the Cinemood Storyteller and the Kikko the Cat Cover. It was a pretty good price compared to some other brands I checked out. Shipping was free too, which always helps. Felt like I got my money's worth.

Solid product, detailed experience

I purchased the Cinemood TV along with a Disney Content Pack. The ordering process on their website was smooth, no confusing steps. It shipped out within two days and arrived in New York four days later, well-packaged. Setup was intuitive; connecting to Wi-Fi and downloading the content pack was quick. The picture quality from the projector is clear, and the sound is surprisingly good for its size. Battery life seems to match what they advertised, around 3-4 hours which is enough for a movie or a few episodes. I had a question about parental controls, and their online chat support was responsive and helpful. My only minor observation is that the interface can feel a little slow sometimes when navigating between apps, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, a solid device for family use.

Nice quality, some delays

I purchased the Cinemood Storyteller, and the projector quality is actually really impressive for its size. The images are crisp, and the kids loved the Digital Books feature. However, the delivery took longer than the 3-5 days initially quoted; it arrived on the seventh day. It wasn't a huge deal, but I had planned a specific activity around its arrival. The setup was easy, and the device feels sturdy. The protective Silicone Covers seemed a bit pricey for what they are, but the main unit is good value.

Good projector, delivery slow

I ordered the Cinemood 360 during a sale. The projector itself is quite impressive, really well-made and the picture quality is decent for a portable unit. Setting it up was straightforward, and my kids loved the pre-loaded content. My only gripe was the shipping; it took almost a full week to get to me in California, which felt a bit long these days. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, good value for the money, just wish delivery was a tad faster.
